We are hiring an Architect for a real estate company located in Bhilad.
The candidate will be responsible for designing residential and commercial projects.
The role involves planning layouts, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring design execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory and project requirements.
- Review BOQ and assist in project planning.
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution of designs.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and planning.
- Experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project requirements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
