We are hiring a Back Office Assistant to handle administrative and support tasks.

The candidate should be organized and capable of managing daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry and maintain records in system.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and files.
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting work.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain office documentation and filing systems.
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills
