We are hiring a Civil AutoCAD Draftsman for a real estate company located in Sarigam, Bhilad.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and layouts for civil projects.
The role involves coordination with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed civil designs using AutoCAD.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and site teams for drawing approvals.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation.
- Understand BOQ and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
- Assist in site measurements and revisions if required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drafting.
- Experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic coordination and communication skills.
