We are hiring a Commercial Manager to lead and manage commercial operations.
The role requires expertise in financial control, contract management, and ERP systems.
The candidate will drive efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations including budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle contract management, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Operations).
- Track revenue, margins, and business performance.
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights.
- Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support audits with proper documentation.
- Operate ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics or equivalent).
- Ensure data accuracy and system compliance.
- Automate reporting and streamline workflows.
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades.
- Provide basic ERP training and support.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in commercial and finance roles.
- Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics).
- Knowledge of GST, compliance, and audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
