We are hiring a Hospital Operations Manager for a healthcare facility located in Valsad.
The candidate will be responsible for managing overall hospital operations and ensuring smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, billing, and administration.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Manage hospital staff, duty rosters, and team coordination.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, NABH guidelines, and protocols.
- Monitor hospital performance, patient feedback, and service improvement.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments.
- Handle vendor management and hospital administration tasks.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational MIS.
