Job Description

We are hiring an HR Admin Executive for a Pharma Formulation company.

The candidate will be responsible for HR operations and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and company policies.
  • Handle employee engagement and grievance support.
  • Maintain HR files, records, and MIS documentation.
  • Support administration and office coordination activities.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Experience in HR and administration activities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle HR operations independently.
  • Pharma industry experience preferred.
