Manager – Production (OSD Plant)

Job Description

We are hiring a Manager – Production for a Pharma OSD plant located in Kadi.

The candidate will be responsible for handling production activities for solid and liquid dosage forms.

Candidates must have experience in OSD manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production operations for solid and liquid dosage forms.
• Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute batch manufacturing as per production schedule.
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards.
• Handle manpower planning and team supervision.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and other departments.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Experience in Pharma OSD plant (Solid & Liquid manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of GMP and production processes.
• Ability to handle production planning and execution.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Additional Information:
• Transportation facility available (Pick & Drop to/from Kadi).
• Working Hours: General Shift (9 AM to 6 PM).
