We are hiring a PPC Incharge – Shop Floor for a plastic manufacturing company located in Kachigam, Daman.
The candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, and coordinating shop floor activities.
The role involves ensuring smooth production flow and meeting delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production activities based on orders and priorities.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are achieved.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and manage inventory.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery as per schedule.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and workflow management.
Required Skills
- Experience in PPC and shop floor operations.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for MIS and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
