Project Manager – Civil & Mechanical

Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end site execution of EPC/Construction projects.

This is a universal job description designed for reuse across multiple locations and projects.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities across civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain quality standards, ITP compliance, and inspection processes.
• Implement safety standards and ensure HSE compliance.
• Manage manpower, contractors, and site resources efficiently.
• Prepare DPR, site reports, and track project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals.
• Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills
