We are hiring a Quality Control Engineer for an engineering company located in Silvassa.
The candidate must be Level II qualified and responsible for maintaining quality standards in mechanical components.
The role involves inspection, testing, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and quality standards.
- Monitor and improve quality processes.
Required Skills
- Level II certification in Quality Control is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection and testing.
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with quality tools and documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
