We are hiring a Quality Control Executive for a capsule formulation company located in Daman.
The candidate will be responsible for handling QC operations for capsule (empty gelatin) formulation products.
Only candidates with experience in capsule formulation industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished capsule products.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, reports, and SOPs.
- Conduct stability studies and testing.
- Handle OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations.
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams.
Required Skills
- Experience in capsule (empty gelatin) formulation QC.
- Knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV).
- Understanding of GMP/GLP and documentation practices.
- Ability to handle quality investigations and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
