We are hiring a Sales Manager for a plastic granules company located in Vapi.
The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business, and managing key clients.
Only candidates with experience in plastic granules industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- Experience in plastic granules / polymer sales is mandatory.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop new markets and clients.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
