We are hiring a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition for an Oil & Gas company located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and fulfilling hiring requirements.
The role requires strong sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Manage offer rollouts and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of positions.
Required Skills
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
