We are hiring a Senior Quality Control Executive for plastic extrusion manufacturing operations.
The role involves product inspection, process monitoring, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Monitor extrusion process parameters and ensure product quality standards.
- Conduct testing using lab instruments and maintain records.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality systems.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvements.
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues.
- Maintain calibration and upkeep of quality instruments.
Required Skills
- Experience in plastic extrusion or similar manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality control tools and testing instruments.
- Understanding of ISO standards and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
