Store Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Executive for an Electrical Equipment manufacturing company.

The candidate will be responsible for store operations, inventory management, and warehouse coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee raw material storage operations and ensure material availability for production.
• Manage inventory control procedures and maintain stock accuracy.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments for smooth material flow.
• Handle warehouse logistics, inward, outward, and stock movement activities.
• Perform regular stock audits and inventory verification.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to store activities.
• Monitor vendor supply coordination and stock availability.
• Work on SAP and ERP inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and company procedures.
• Train and supervise store staff and maintain discipline in warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP and ERP inventory systems.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, ISO, and GMP standards.
• Good documentation and record maintenance skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in warehouse audits and stock verification.
• Ability to handle store operations independently and efficiently.
