We are hiring a Tender Executive with experience in GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end tendering process on GeM portal and other platforms.
- Search and identify relevant tenders based on company profile.
- Prepare and submit bids with accurate documentation.
- Manage vendor registrations and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical inputs, and approvals.
- Track tender status, follow-ups, and results.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and reports.
- Ensure timely submission and adherence to tender guidelines.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GeM portal is mandatory.
- Knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation tools.
