Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse Incharge for a plastic manufacturing company located in Mota Pondha, Vapi.

The candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations including inventory control, dispatch, and stock management.

The role requires coordination with production, purchase, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inward and outward material handling.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
• Handle GRN, dispatch documentation, and material tracking.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of materials.
• Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Required Skills

• Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Knowledge of stock handling and documentation.
• Ability to manage dispatch and logistics coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
