Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain and update accounting books and records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
Support audits and provide required financial documents.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
