3. Job Seeker Responsibilities

• ➤ Attend interviews scheduled through SV Placement.
• ➤ Inform us if you are selected or no longer looking for a job.
• ➤ Do not share false qualifications or misrepresent your experience.

4. Employer Responsibilities

• ➤ Share clear, accurate job descriptions and expectations.
• ➤ Communicate hiring decisions within a reasonable timeframe.
• ➤ Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes.
• ➤ Treat candidate data confidentially and professionally.

5. Confidentiality and Data Use

We take privacy seriously. All data shared is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Employers may not resell, reuse, or disclose candidate information without consent.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best matches, we do not guarantee:

• ➤ Hiring of every candidate sent to employers.
• ➤ Job or salary negotiation outcomes.

Final hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:

• ➤ Providing false information.
• ➤ Misconduct or harassment.

Employers may also be blacklisted for unethical practices or non-payment if paid services are introduced in the future.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials related to SV Placement are the property of SV Placement and cannot be used or copied without prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution
