Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Reservation Manager to handle booking and guest coordination activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage room reservations, bookings, and confirmations.
  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for guest arrangements.
  • Maintain reservation records and reports.
  • Ensure proper allocation of rooms and availability tracking.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide solutions.
  • Support front office and operations team as required.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Experience in reservation or front office operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of booking systems and MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle guests professionally.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work in a service-oriented environment.
