Blister Operator - Alu-Alu Machine

Job Description

We are hiring a Blister Operator for OSD formulation packing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for operating Alu-Alu blister machines and ensuring packing quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blister packing machines (Alu-Alu – Accurate Machine).
• Perform packing activities as per BPR/BMR and SOP guidelines.
• Ensure proper machine setup, changeover, and cleaning.
• Monitor packing quality, sealing, and product integrity.
• Maintain production and packing records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine or packing issues.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and production teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in packing area.

Required Skills

• Experience in blister packing in OSD formulation.
• Hands-on experience in Alu-Alu blister machines (Accurate preferred).
• Understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
• Ability to handle machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Good attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work in production/packing environment.
