Job Description
We are looking for a Data Entry Executive for our Daman location.
Candidate will be responsible for data entry, record maintenance and office documentation activities.
Candidate should have good computer knowledge and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company systems.
- Maintain records, files and documentation.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with departments for data collection and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Handle routine office documentation and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry work.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
