EHS Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company EHS policies, safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Conduct HIRA, Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-miss cases and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs for employees.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain workplace safety standards.
• Manage Fire Safety, Emergency Response and Evacuation procedures.
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW), work-at-height and other high-risk activities.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, inspection checklists and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and other departments for safety compliance.
• Support environmental compliance, waste management and pollution-control activities.
• Promote 5S, housekeeping and a strong safety culture across the workplace.
