Job Description

We are hiring a Factory Manager for a Plastic manufacturing company.

Candidate must have experience in Plastic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory operations and production activities.
• Ensure achievement of production targets and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production planning, manpower utilization, and workflow management.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and stores departments.
• Implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure safety practices and factory discipline are maintained.
• Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational documentation.
• Lead and manage shop floor teams effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in factory operations within Plastic industry.
• Good knowledge of production management and manufacturing processes.
