Granulation Operator

Job Description

We are hiring a Granulation Operator for OSD formulation manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for granulation activities and equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate granulation equipment such as RMG and FBD.
• Perform batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
• Monitor process parameters during granulation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in production area.
• Record batch details and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and production team.
• Handle equipment cleaning and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Experience in OSD formulation granulation process.
• Knowledge of RMG, FBD, and related equipment.
• Understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
• Ability to follow SOPs and batch instructions.
• Good attention to detail and discipline.
• Ability to work in production environment.
