Job Description
We are hiring an HR Admin Executive for a Pharma Formulation company.
The candidate will be responsible for HR operations and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and company policies.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance support.
- Maintain HR files, records, and MIS documentation.
- Support administration and office coordination activities.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Experience in HR and administration activities.
- Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle HR operations independently.
- Pharma industry experience preferred.
