Job Description

We are hiring a Human Resource Manager for a manufacturing company.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal activities.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate training and employee development programs.
  • Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations in manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in HR management in manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to handle workforce management independently.
