Key Responsibilities
Machine Maintenance: Run preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed diaper machines (e.g., forming, elastic application, glue systems, and folding units).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC/automation issues quickly during breakdowns.
Downtime Reduction: Track root causes of equipment failure and apply permanent fixes to boost line efficiency.
Spare Parts Control: Monitor inventory for critical spare parts, sensors, blades, and hot-melt glue nozzles.
Safety & Compliance: Follow factory safety rules, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and hygiene standards.
Team Collaboration: Work with production operators and taggd blog support teams to plan maintenance during shift changes.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical,
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in hygiene, tissue, or high-speed packaging/converting manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of servos, drives, PLCs, pneumatics, and hot-melt adhesive application systems.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, shift flexibility, and basic computer skills for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tracking
