Job Description
- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure the smooth functioning of production machinery and utilities.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and equipment history records.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure timely maintenance activities.
- Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with purchase for timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor machine performance and implement measures to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors whenever required
