Manager – Maintenance

Job Description

We are hiring a Manager – Maintenance for a medical device manufacturing unit.

The candidate will be responsible for plant maintenance, utilities, and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensure smooth operation of utilities and engineering systems.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedules and shutdown activities.
• Lead maintenance team and ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and engineering standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and other departments.
• Support installation, qualification, and commissioning activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in maintenance operations in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Experience in utility and equipment management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of GMP and safety compliance.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
