Microbiologist

Job Description

We are hiring a Microbiologist for a food processing company.

The candidate will be responsible for microbiological analysis and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in production area.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.
• Perform environmental monitoring and sampling activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
• Handle laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for quality improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in laboratory.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of microbiological testing and laboratory practices.
• Understanding of food safety standards and GMP.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently and in team.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
