Officer – Design & Development

Job Description

We are hiring an Officer – Design & Development for a medical device manufacturing company.

The candidate will be responsible for product design, development, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and products.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
• Modify and improve existing product designs.
• Prepare design documentation, BOM, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for design implementation.
• Support prototype development and testing.
• Ensure design compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain records and version control of design files.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SolidWorks, Solid Edge, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design concepts.
• Ability to create detailed drawings and models.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team and coordinate with departments.
