Job Description

We are hiring a Plant Head for a Plastic Manufacturing unit.

Candidate must have experience in Plastic Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Ensure achievement of production targets with quality standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage manpower, supervisors, and departmental coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory, raw material planning, and production scheduling.
• Handle audits, quality checks, and customer requirements.
• Maintain MIS reports and plant performance data.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
