Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Amazon / Flipkart / Shopify etc.).
• Good computer and Excel knowledge.
• Strong data entry and product listing skills.
• Basic understanding of online order processing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Lead complete plant operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity across departments.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams.
• Candidate must have experience in the Paper Industry.
• Oversee end-to-end plant operations.
• Monitor production planning and execution.
• Control production cost and optimize resources.
• Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
• Lead and develop plant teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• 10+ years of experience in Paper Industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes.
• Excellent production planning and quality management.
• Good communication and team management skills.
