Job Description

We are hiring a Plant Head for a Wire & Cable manufacturing unit.

The candidate will be responsible for overall plant operations, production efficiency, and team management.

Candidate must have experience in Wire & Cable Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with quality and efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage plant manpower, team performance, and departmental coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production planning, inventory, and material management.
• Handle customer requirements, audits, and quality standards.
• Maintain plant reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Wire & Cable manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership and plant management experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage large teams and cross-functional coordination.
