Job Description

We are hiring a Plant Head for a Metal Gasket manufacturing company.

The candidate will be responsible for overall plant operations, production efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure optimal machine utilization and achievement of production targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and monitor daily output.
• Ensure timely delivery of products as per customer requirements.
• Lead, train, and manage production teams, supervisors, and technical staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage manpower, raw materials, and inventory for uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for smooth workflow and procurement.
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational records.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in engineering or metal industry.
