Job Description

We are hiring a Production Incharge for a Food Processing company.

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations and plant activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations and production activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and timely production output.
• Supervise workers, machine operators, and plant staff.
• Maintain quality standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
• Coordinate inventory of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Monitor production planning, wastage control, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
• Follow compliance related to food manufacturing and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with management regarding production targets and operational updates.
• Handle documentation, stock records, and production reporting.

Required Skills

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or food processing industry.
• Experience in products such as honey, jams, pickles, spreads, dairy, or similar food products preferred.
• Basic understanding of plant operations, production planning, and quality control.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle operational responsibilities independently.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and manufacturing compliance.
• Candidates from Gujarat or nearby regions preferred.
