Quality Control Chemist

Job Description

We are hiring a Quality Control Chemist for Intermediate Pharma / API manufacturing.

Candidate must have experience in Pharma / Intermediate Pharma / API industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis using HPLC and GC instruments.
• Handle troubleshooting and routine maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates, in-process, and finished products.
• Perform calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions.
• Maintain control samples, retention samples, and analytical records.
• Prepare, review, and update QC SOPs, protocols, and documentation.
• Maintain stock records of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory consumables.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in HPLC and/or GC operations.
• Knowledge of analytical testing and laboratory practices.
• Experience in Pharma / Intermediate Pharma / API industry is mandatory.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle laboratory activities independently.
