About the role
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Control team in a petrochemical, plastics, and rubber environment. This is a full-time, permanent, in-office role based in Vapi, Daman, or Silvassa.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support quality control activities in the production process
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet required quality standards
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports
- Support routine QC checks and follow company quality procedures
- Work closely with production and other teams to resolve quality concerns
- Assist in improving product quality and reducing defects
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Engineering
- Diploma in any specialization or any graduation/diploma
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control, QC, and quality standards
- Hands-on experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams
- Clear communication and attention to detail
Good to have
- Preferred experience in Wire & Cable industry
- Knowledge of quality inspection and reporting methods
- Familiarity with process improvement activities
