Job Description
We are hiring a South Indian Chef for food preparation and kitchen operations.
Candidate should have good knowledge of South Indian food, Pav Bhaji, and Sandwich preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare South Indian dishes with proper taste and quality.
- Prepare Pav Bhaji, Sandwiches, and other fast food items.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in kitchen.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Handle kitchen inventory and raw material usage efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine preparation.
- Experience in preparing Pav Bhaji and Sandwich items.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage food preparation independently.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and taste.
