Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator for a Real Estate company.
Freshers can apply for this position.
Candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead follow-up, and sales coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with prospective clients and generate appointments.
- Maintain customer database and lead records.
- Coordinate with sales team regarding client requirements.
- Provide project information to customers over phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and MIS records.
- Support marketing and sales activities as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in telecalling and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Interest in sales and customer relationship management.
