Job Description

We are hiring an Account Executive for a Resort in Daman.

Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Candidate should have good knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel and POD documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.
  • Prepare GST invoices and support GST compliance activities.
  • Handle TDS calculations, entries and documentation.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
  • Maintain POD records and supporting documents.
  • Prepare MIS reports and accounting statements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for accounts-related matters.
  • Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP.
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of POD management and documentation control.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
