Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, plant, bulk and lateral hiring positions.

Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Business Heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals and professional networks.

Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates within defined TAT.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollout processes.
  • Support workforce planning and plant-level recruitment activities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases and MIS reports.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire and source effectiveness.
  • Build candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Bulk Hiring, Plant Hiring and Lateral Recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
  • Expertise in sourcing through job portals, referrals and networking.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
