Job Description

Manage complete employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.

Handle HR operations, administration and employee records.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Drive employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management and payroll inputs.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity and statutory compliance.
  • Manage grievance handling and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and full & final settlement coordination.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Track headcount, attrition, attendance and employee movement.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and employee relations skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
