Job Description
We are hiring a highly skilled Accounts Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, and SAP ERP usage. The ideal candidate must have worked in the manufacturing industry and should be well-versed in MIS reporting and financial documentation. This position is based at our office in Sakinaka, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries including journal vouchers, sales, purchase, and bank entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with accuracy.
- Process payment entries and ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including reconciliations and MIS reports.
- Work extensively on SAP accounting modules for data entry, report generation, and audits.
- Assist with GST, TDS filings, and statutory compliance support.
- Support internal and external audits through accurate document management.
- Perform any additional tasks as required in the finance department.
