Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with a strong background in Mechatronics to join our Medical Device manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for production lines, ensuring high precision, quality, and compliance with medical industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation systems for medical device manufacturing processes.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems (e,g, Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Develop motion control systems using servo, stepper, and pneumatic actuators.
• Integrate sensors, vision systems, and robotics into production equipment.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure automation aligns with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations.
• Analyze and improve existing automated processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Prepare documentation including validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and technical reports.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of automated machinery.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment on the shop floor.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance in all automation designs.
