We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong manufacturing industry experience to lead finance, taxation, accounts, administration, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate must be highly disciplined, analytical, and capable of managing both factory-level financial operations and corporate-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Accounting
Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain strong internal controls, SOPs, and financial discipline.
Manage working capital, cash flow, fund flow, and treasury operations.
2. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Review plant-level budgets and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct P&L analysis, costing review, and performance reporting.
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
3. Taxation – Direct & Indirect
Oversee accurate computation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Handle assessments, refunds, regulatory responses, and notices.
Coordinate with tax advisors and authorities to ensure compliance.
4. Banking & Funding
Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
Handle term loans, working capital limits, LC/BG, and loan renewals.
Prepare CMA data, projections, and funding proposals.
5. Audits & Compliance
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, ROC, and industry regulations.
Monitor government subsidies, incentive schemes, and guidelines.
6. Factory Coordination & Systems Oversight
Work closely with plant finance, production, and operations teams.
Review factory MIS, costing sheets, consumption data, and inventory control.
Ensure strong financial systems and reporting between plant & corporate office.
7. Administration & IT Coordination
Supervise administrative operations, office policies, and documentation.
Coordinate with IT teams for system enhancements, data security, and infrastructure support.
8. Team Leadership
Lead and develop finance and admin teams.
Promote accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment of team objectives with business strategy.
Candidate Profile
Chartered Accountant with 8–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, budgeting, P&L analysis, and compliance.
Experience in factory finance, costing, inventory control, and MIS.
Strong banking, audit management, and funding capability.
Knowledge of subsidies, incentive schemes, and industry regulations.
High integrity, strong analytics, and operational decision-making ability.
Ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end financial functions independently.
