Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function for our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and business strategy. This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations, and a track record of scaling business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Manage P&L, cash flow, financial controls, and audits
• Strengthen internal financial processes and drive cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, IFRS, VAT, and regulatory standards
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion in Dubai
• Guide investment decisions, risk management, and long-term financial planning
• Oversee banking, treasury, payroll, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
• Manage external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Build and mentor the finance team for improved performance

Requirements

• Qualified CA
• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Strong understanding of UAE taxation, compliance & IFRS
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working with multinational or fast-growing organizations preferred

Salary

• ₹70 Lakh – ₹1 Cr (Annual)
