Job Description:

• We are hiring a Project Manager with strong expertise in construction project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards. This role involves budget management, stakeholder coordination, and on-site supervision to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute construction and infrastructure projects from inception to handover.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely deliverables.
• Implement quality assurance, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and progress tracking to meet performance goals.
• Prepare project reports, cost forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and milestone achievement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, project scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety norms, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Construction Management preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in managing mid to large-scale projects.
