Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage the construction activities of our industrial project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed within the stipulated time, budget, and quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop detailed work schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect construction work for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, and codes.
• Material Management: Ensure the procurement and proper utilization of construction materials in accordance with project requirements.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety policies, conduct safety inspections, and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports.
